Q: What is the standard Delivery Time?
We aim to deliver your order within 10-12 working days. Depending on the size and availability of the product. However, during SALE delivery time is up to 15 working days.

Q: Return/exchange policy?
We have a strict no return/no exchange policy as we take pre-orders. However, in case of any defect in your order, you can contact our customer care department by emailing us at thelevestore@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Provide required information and proof of defect, we will get back to you as soon as possible and exchange your order.
Q: What are delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are Rs 250. We provide free shipping nationwide for orders worth Rs. 8000 and above.
Q: How to track my order?
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through DMS by the customer care team of Eleve.
Q: How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents try twice to deliver your parcel. Kindly make sure that the address, area code given while placing an order is accurate.
